Structure Of Industrial And Commercial Energy Storage

Dec 05, 2024 Leave a message

Industrial and commercial energy storage systems are mainly composed of the following core parts:

Battery system: The battery system is the core of the industrial and commercial energy storage system, responsible for storing electrical energy and providing stable power output. It is usually composed of multiple single cells connected in series or parallel to form a complete battery pack. These battery packs can store a large amount of electrical energy and release it when needed to meet the power demand of the equipment.

Battery Management System (BMS): BMS is responsible for monitoring, managing and protecting the battery. It ensures the safe operation of the battery by real-time monitoring of battery voltage, current, temperature and other parameters. At the same time, BMS can also manage the charge and discharge of the battery, extend the battery life, and perform fault diagnosis and early warning on the battery to ensure the stable operation of the battery system.

Power Storage Converter (PCS): PCS is a key device in the industrial and commercial energy storage system, responsible for converting DC power into AC power, or converting AC power into DC power. PCS can store and release electrical energy to meet the power demand of the equipment, and can realize the two-way flow of electrical energy, improving the flexibility and efficiency of the system.

‌Energy Management System (EMS): EMS is responsible for the energy management and scheduling of the entire system. By real-time monitoring and data collection of each device in the system, EMS can achieve efficient utilization and management of energy. It can also optimize the scheduling and control of the system according to the power demand of the equipment and the operating status of the power grid to improve the stability and reliability of the system. ‌
‌Temperature Control System: Responsible for controlling the temperature of the battery and the ambient temperature, ensuring that the battery operates within a suitable temperature range and improving the efficiency and life of the battery. In a high temperature environment, the performance of the battery will be affected and may even cause failures, so the temperature control system is crucial. ‌
‌Fire Control System: By real-time monitoring of parameters such as temperature and smoke in the environment, the fire control system can quickly initiate fire extinguishing measures in emergency situations such as fires to ensure the safety of equipment and personnel.
